Commissioner Eusebius Laibuta, MBS represented the Chairman, National Police Service Commission Mr. Eliud Kinuthia, CBS during the Launch of A Book by Mr. Omar Abdi Shurie, EBS, OGW, HSC, Retired Senior Assistant Inspector General of Police and commandant emeritus of the NPS College Embakasi A Campus titled Beyond the Call of Duty.
The book highlights security issues among; citizenship and patriotism in service, collection dissemination of intelligence and execution, National Administration values as well as his life and times in the Administration Police Service.
The Chief Guest was the Principal Secretary Ministry of Interior and National Administration Dr. Raymond Omollo who applauded the author ‘Afande Shurie’ for his 45 year of service as well as the determination to pass his knowledge to the next generation.
